God’s kingdom is being built throughout the world, and Rancho Community is blessed to be able to partner with the missionaries who are taking the hope of Christ to the unreached people of the world.
Below is a list of all the missionaries we partner with, along with information about how you can be praying for them.
If you have any questions, contact Andrea Ireland.

Doug and Margo Agnor
New Tribes Mission
Siberia
Doug and Margo are seeing lives changed one at a time as people in desperate situations are turning to Jesus for hope and salvation. In a place where God has not been welcome, people continue to find hope and peace as they attend church. Those who have accepted Christ have become some of the greatest missionaries to their own families and friends. The Agnors praise God for the lives that have been transformed as they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, but ask for continued prayer for several people in the congregation who have yet to make a decision for Christ.

Victor and Lisa Atallah
Middle East Reformed Fellowship
Cyprus
Victor and Lisa seek to reach the world with the good news of Jesus Christ through Words of Hope worldwide radio ministry. Millions of the world’s people live in countries now “closed” to the open witness of Christian missionaries, yet most have access to radios. Words of Hope broadcasts gospel programs in dozens of languages around the world and is committed to the cooperative World by Radio effort to extend the reach of missionary radio to every person on earth in a language each can understand. Pray that those people living in countries closed to the sharing of the gospel will come to know Christ through the Word of God proclaimed through radio evangelism.

Church volunteers participated in the annual Thanksgiving Dinner where a record number of 350 people were fed. Joe and Donna Rider
Wycliffe Bible Translators
Cameroon
Joe and Donna have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators for 12 years, currently in Cameroon. Since 1969, Wycliffe has been translating the Bible into the 279 languages that exist in Cameroon. Several language teams are out in the villages, often in very isolated areas. Donna has been helping to set up a new satellite phone program for the remote village teams. For some of the translation projects this is the only means of communication that is possible. 2009 saw God’s answer to prayer by the provision of a small helicopter, making it possible to contact teams that had previous taken several days of trekking to reach. Also in 2009, Joe took part in the national Labor Day celebrations in Yaounde. Marching in the Labor Day parade with colleagues for the first time had a profound effect on many of the paid staff and the Cameroonian colleagues. Joe had several hours to share God’s love with those waiting to march.
David and Summer Salthangvunga
RCA
Myanmar
David and Summer work together with local pastors in Myanmar (Burma) to share the gospel. Also known as Burma, the people of Myanmar are predominately Buddhist, with only 4% of the population being Christian. Christians do face religious persecution, making it hard if not impossible for them to join the army or get government jobs, the main route to success in Myanmar. Local pastors held several crusades during the Christmas holidays and several people placed their faith in Jesus Christ and were baptized. More crusades are planned for 2010. These events are so important to the ministry as they not only open the door to share the gospel but also create a context where people can bond with church planters working in their area. As they move into the new year they will be reaching out to more children through opening more preschools, community learning centers, and Sunday schools. The goal is to reach whole families with the good news of salvation through Christ. Please pray for Summer as she cares for two small children and is recovering from a recent knee surgery.
